In short: the service is free, we only link you through — booking always happens directly with the practice.
1. Who we are
EveryVet is an independent directory of veterinary practices across the UK. The service is standalone and has no ownership ties to any practice group or booking platform.
2. The service
We show veterinary practices in your area, along with contact details where such information is publicly available, and link you through to each practice's own booking page. You always book and pay directly with the practice — EveryVet does not receive bookings, payments or sensitive information.
The service is free to use. No account is required.
3. Accuracy of information
We do what we can to keep opening hours and booking links up to date, but we source data from practices' own websites and public listings — errors can occur. Whoever publishes data about their own practice is responsible for its accuracy. Always confirm opening hours and appointment availability directly with the practice.
EveryVet gives no guarantee that a practice's actual availability matches what you see once you click through, or that its listed details are current.
4. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for what happens after you click through to a practice — for example, the quality of care provided, or whether a booking is completed correctly. Nor are we responsible for indirect losses that might arise from inaccurate information (for example, a missed appointment or a double booking).
5. Use of the content
Content on EveryVet may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes — searching, comparing and clicking through to a practice. We also welcome links to individual pages.
Automated bulk collection (scraping), copying or redistribution of EveryVet's aggregated dataset — including the practice directory — is not permitted without written permission. The aggregation is our work; the underlying information is drawn primarily from Google Places and practices' own websites.
6. Practices listed
We list practices based on public sources. If you represent a practice and do not want to be listed, email us from an address linked to the practice and we will remove the listing — see Contact.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always available on this page.
